WELCOME

Plein air painting gives me the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the world, even if I can’t capture it on the canvas. I also paint in cold wax in the studio, which continually challenges me to take chances. In either case, I think of Van Gogh’s reflection on his own work, “I am always doing what I can’t do yet, in order to learn how to do it.”
